Beyond the deepfake video, QH88 constructed an elaborate deception infrastructure. Regulatory Status and Current Enforcement Gap
QH88 operates as an illegal Vietnamese casino accessible globally without VPN infrastructure, while Nightwin, though licensed in Curaçao, remains unregistered in UK gambling jurisdiction. As of mid-July 2026, no court filings, regulatory penalties, or law enforcement actions have been publicly announced by UK authorities (including the Gambling Commission), Manchester United, the Portuguese Football Federation, or Vietnamese regulators.
