Dataiku launches agent management platform; Air Canada, Aviva deploy a

Dataiku announced the general availability of Agent Management on October 15, 2026, a standalone product designed to help enterprises discover, measure, and govern AI agents in production.

The platform addresses a gap in enterprise AI operations: as organizations deploy multiple agents to handle business-critical tasks, teams lack visibility into what agents are doing, how well they perform, and what risks they pose. Agent Management surfaces agentic workloads across an organization, tracks their business and technical performance metrics, and flags governance risks—providing IT and business leaders with a unified control plane.

Customer Deployments at Scale

Air Canada has deployed agentic AI to improve marketing operations at scale, with more than 100 analytics assets in production, including models, dashboards, and applications. The airline is using agents to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of its marketing campaigns, automating decision-making workflows that previously required manual oversight.

Aviva, a major insurance and financial services firm, has consolidated 20,000 documents from more than 3,000 audits into a single AI-powered chatbot called Q!—a suite of agents deployed by Aviva's internal audit team. Q! retrieves and connects evidence from audit-related data and documentation, allowing auditors to query audit methodology, prior reports, risk controls, and guidance using natural language. "Q! has made it possible for auditors to interrogate large volumes of audit methodology, prior audit reports, risk and control information, and guidance using natural language," Aviva stated.

Market Timing

The Agent Management launch reflects rising enterprise demand for agent governance tools. As organizations move from pilot projects to production deployments—as evidenced by Air Canada's 100+ assets and Aviva's consolidated audit corpus—the need for visibility, monitoring, and risk management becomes acute. A single misconfigured or malfunctioning agent can corrupt downstream decisions affecting customer interactions, financial reporting, or regulatory compliance.

Dataiku announced Agent Management on September 24, 2026, in New York, with a commitment to general availability by October 2026—a timeline the company met three weeks later.

The platform joins a growing category of enterprise agent infrastructure, competing with governance and observability tools aimed at managing autonomous systems in regulated industries.
